Kris’ treatment approach blends advanced manual therapy with a somatic lens, recognizing that physical pain and tension are deeply connected to the nervous system and lived experience. His sessions may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and guided movement to help clients build deeper awareness, release stored tension, and support long-term healing.
Kris is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, allowing him to provide targeted care for clients experiencing:
