These terms concern the Alleviate Holistic Health website and general booking information. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the service-specific information provided before booking or treatment. They do not replace your practitioner’s informed-consent process or a separate service agreement.

If anything is unclear, contact us before proceeding. Visiting a page or sending an enquiry does not itself establish a treatment relationship or mean that a practitioner has accepted you for care.

Website content provides general information. It is not an individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Suitability, risks, alternatives and expected benefits must be discussed with an appropriate practitioner. Results vary and no particular health outcome is guaranteed.

The website, email and online booking are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Online appointments are arranged through our clinic’s Jane booking service. Provide accurate information and book the appropriate service and appointment type. If you are unsure, contact the clinic. Check your booking confirmation for the date, time, location or virtual appointment details and any preparation instructions.

Jane is a separate platform with its own Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. Those platform terms do not replace the clinic’s responsibilities for your care or your rights under applicable law.

Review the price, appointment length and any applicable taxes or additional charges before confirming a service. If a website listing and booking information differ, ask us to confirm the total before proceeding. New prices should be communicated before you agree to the affected service.

Insurance eligibility and reimbursement depend on your plan, the service and the practitioner. Direct billing or a receipt does not guarantee coverage. Check with your insurer and ask the clinic about any amount you may need to pay. Any deposit, package, gift-card or refund conditions should be provided for the specific purchase; these terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule.

Please contact the clinic as soon as you need to change or cancel an appointment. Review the cancellation and no-show conditions supplied during booking or intake, including the notice period and any fee, before agreeing. Ask us for a copy if you cannot locate them.

Contact us if an emergency affects your attendance or if you want to question a charge. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain available. This page does not add a new cancellation fee or change an existing booking agreement.

Your practitioner will discuss consent to care and any relevant limits of confidentiality. You may ask questions and decline or withdraw consent to treatment, subject to the practitioner explaining any consequences and applicable obligations. For a child or someone represented by another person, we may need to establish decision-making capacity and legal authority.

For virtual care, confirm that the practitioner can provide the service where you will be located. Use a private space and a suitable connection, and discuss what to do if the connection fails or an urgent concern arises. Do not record a session without the required agreement of those involved.

Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful material, impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. Send only information and files you are entitled to provide. Keep booking-account credentials private.

Website text, design and images belong to their respective rights holders. You may read and print information for personal use. Reuse for publication or commercial purposes requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Links to other websites do not mean we control their content or practices.

We aim to keep information accurate but website errors and interruptions may occur. Contact us if information appears incorrect. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies, professional duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not require you to waive negligence claims, accept mandatory arbitration or give up a statutory complaint process.

The laws of Manitoba and applicable federal laws of Canada govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Changes will be posted on this page; they do not retroactively alter an agreed purchase or replace consent required for care or information handling.
